Ramin Reza Rajaii works at the intersection of medicine, artificial intelligence, and law. He is an MD candidate at The Ohio State University College of Medicine, Class of 2030, and holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Wisconsin Law School, an MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, an MS in Healthcare Management and Bioinformatics from Dartmouth College, and a BS in Neuroscience and Spanish from UCLA.
He is the founder and principal engineer of Rajaii Labs, where he designed and operates Substrate, a long-horizon production AI agent with an enforced truth layer, and the founder of Rajaii Consulting, which advises on FDA regulatory strategy and intellectual property.
His clinical research is in plastic and reconstructive surgery — lymphedema, supermicrosurgery, and access to reconstructive care in safety-net health systems — conducted at OSU Wexner Medical Center with Dr. Min-Jeong Cho and at UCSF Medical Center with Dr. Scott Hansen. He has authored ten peer-reviewed publications with four additional manuscripts under review or in preparation.
He has taught graduate admissions testing for more than twelve years to over 1,500 students, and scored 523 on the MCAT and 179 on the LSAT.
